Most machines did the job — and that was kind of it. They looked generic, felt forgettable, and never added anything to the space around them.
We wanted to build something people would actually want in their hotel, office, university, residential building, or public space. Something that serves great drinks, looks good, and feels like more than just a machine in the corner.
Every station has personality, presence, and a reason to be remembered. That is why each barista has its own name, its own vibe, and its own place in the brand.
